practice focuses on patent prosecution
and the rendering of infringement,
validity, and product clearance opinions,
as well as counseling clients on a
variety of transactional and strategic
intellectual property matters. In
addition to preparing and prosecuting
foreign and domestic patent applications,
Sam counsels clients on intellectual
property and business matters related
to electronics, computer software
and hardware, and communications,
including electronic circuits, computer
architecture, compilers, operating
systems, networks, signal processing
and web technology.
